Healthcare professionals, including LVN/LPNs, RNs, and APRNs, should be aware of the signs and broad treatment of endocarditis. Prompt identification and treatment of endocarditis can improve patient outcomes, including morbidity and mortality. This course briefly reviews endocarditis, its causes, clinical signs and symptoms, and management/treatment for all levels of nursing.
