  5. Understand and define the difference between substance abuse, addiction, drug diversion, and impairment.

  7. Understand the pathophysiology of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract and list examples of underlying conditions that cause gastrointestinal bleeding. 
  8. Discuss signs and symptoms of constipation.
