Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners play an important role in the immediate response and care of sexual assault victims. This course will provide a brief overview of basic concepts that SANE-prepared nurses must know to perform high-quality care to survivors. The contact hours earned during this course will count towards the continuing education requirements for SANE nurses in the state of Kentucky and beyond.
