The Nurse Educator role is one of great importance in both the academic and clinical settings. Nurse Educators are responsible for teaching the next generation of nursing, facilitating learning experiences for the bedside nurse, leading initiatives, and a lot more. The nurses coming into these roles may only have minimal training if they do not possess an MSN in Nurse Education.
