The need for home health care is increasing rapidly. Many patients receiving home health services have wound care needs. Managing wound care can seem like an arduous process, especially if it is done at home. Fortunately, home health professionals can control the wound and provide the education needed to help wounds heal fully. Wound care in home health is a clinician and patient partnership. This course aims to provide detailed information on caring for wounds in the home setting.
